Wasn't suppose to be Icy....but it was. Interestingly it started at 7:00 this morning with a big thunderstorm that dropped the temperature from 35 down to 31. Luckily the record warmth from Saturday kept the streets from becoming slippery. Only problems were on some bridges and overpasses. Some power outages occurred south of the city. I understand even Pam had some ice on the trees in Plano. John reported a little sleet overnight. Kelly just had rain.Missed Forecast
